At MyBabyandMe.com.au, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first at support@mybabyandme.com.au so we can arrange this for you.
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind:

  • Sale items — all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
  • Personalised or custom-made items — not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or damaged items in any of the above categories will still be covered — please contact us and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mybabyandme.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
