If your item is faulty, broken or damaged in some way you can get a replacement. Please have the receipt number or full name of the purchaser in your email to support@mybabyandme.com.au or via our contact us page.
For any change of heart, we are happy to receive back and refund at purchasers expense. All items must be in original condition and packaging, if it was received with any.
