Postage & Delivery (Australia)
At My Baby and Me, we are a small family business and take great care in packing every order with love.
We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post.
Postage costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of the items in your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packed and sent. As a small family business, we personally prepare each parcel to ensure it arrives safely to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow its journey.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to send your order or an item is unavailable, we will contact you via email within 48 hours to discuss alternative arrangements.
Delivery Information
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, My Baby and Me cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage once your parcel has been handed over for delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
Important Address Information
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failure to collect the parcel within the allocated timeframe
Additional postage fees will apply to resend your order.
My Baby and Me cannot accept responsibility if no one is available to receive your delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee against theft or damage and are unable to replace items that are lost or damaged after delivery.
